Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Meetby. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Meetby ("Service") at meetby.me, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Meetby is a scheduling platform that enables professionals to share their availability and accept bookings from guests. Features include a hosted booking page at {slug}.meetby.me, embeddable booking widgets, calendar availability management, and automated email notifications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person or legal entity. Corporate accounts require the registrant to have authority to bind the organization.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@meetby.me of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Meetby offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law or as otherwise stated in writing by Meetby.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice delivered by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or account termination after reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation
  • Spam, harass, mislead, or deceive guests who book through your scheduling page
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or Meetby itself
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

  • Meetby and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create on the platform (availability settings, event type descriptions, booking page copy).
  • You grant Meetby a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Stripe for payments and calendar services). Your use of such integrations is governed by those providers' own terms and policies, which you agree to independently.

9. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Planned maintenance will be announced with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEETBY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. MEETBY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO MEETBY IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard account settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will end. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
